PARTNERSHIPS THAT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

Thought last night was one of the most positive annual meetings we have had. Very little complaining and a lot of suggestions for upgrades. Great job to all and thanks for setting everything up, you make us all look good.

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy working with Ravenel Associates. I feel comfortable with my home in your hands. It’s a pleasure working with you and getting to know you. Just wanted to say thank you for all you do to safeguard my home and our neighborhood.

Leann, speaking on behalf of the board we know that you’re working above and beyond to manage all your HOAs. We have complete confidence in and appreciation of your professionalism now and always. We’re one board trying to manage one HOA during this difficult time. I can’t imagine how difficult your job must be right now with the number of other HOAs you manage. Please know we understand you’re doing your best and it’s impressive.

As the president of Autumn Chase Magnolia Lakes I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ravenel Associates for always going above and beyond to make certain all of our needs are taken care of. All of the Board of Directors want to personally thank our community manager Julie Maranville for never failing to put the needs of our community at the forefront of her priorities! Julie truly is a one-man-gang to put it into perspective. We often take it for granted that our needs are the only ones Julie has to take care of. During this time of COVID-19 Julie has made time in her busy schedule to put together our boards agenda along with all of our financial records, and then deliver them to all the board members so we would have them for our monthly Zoom meeting. All of the board would like to thank Karen Martin for assisting our communities annual meeting. Then I personally want to thank Jules Deas for his invaluable insight into some of our community matters. Without Ravenel Associates management Autumn Chase Magnolia Lakes would not be the best Community West OF THE ASHLEY.

Just wanted to say that our board came away from last night's meeting with you [Ravenel Associates] absolutely assured our community is in good management hands.

My wife and I are the owners of 4953 Green Dolphin Way, I just virtually attended the annual meeting, and I simply wanted to thank you for the great job you did running the meeting. I am a lawyer in New York (although we are in Kiawah now) and I happen to specialize in representing condominium boards and associations (and a similar creature somewhat unique to New York known as cooperatives). I have also served for many years on my own condominium board and was its President for many years. Over the years I have attended countless annual meetings of this type, I have observed the performance of many property managers in these meetings, and all I can say was that your preparation and running of the meeting was top notch.

I'd just like to thank you for all you do for our neighborhood. We have lived here for over 10 years and you have been fantastic.

Thank you for being so efficient!! I appreciate your professionalism.

Boy...what a difference a new Board and a new manager can make. You guys are awesome! It's very reassuring to know that our Board and Manager are working together. It's finally getting to be a great place to live. Thank you all very much!

Well, you certainly have our vote for the next 50 years! Great job.
