My wife and I are the owners of 4953 Green Dolphin Way, I just virtually attended the annual meeting, and I simply wanted to thank you for the great job you did running the meeting. I am a lawyer in New York (although we are in Kiawah now) and I happen to specialize in representing condominium boards and associations (and a similar creature somewhat unique to New York known as cooperatives). I have also served for many years on my own condominium board and was its President for many years. Over the years I have attended countless annual meetings of this type, I have observed the performance of many property managers in these meetings, and all I can say was that your preparation and running of the meeting was top notch.

As the president of Autumn Chase Magnolia Lakes I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ravenel Associates for always going above and beyond to make certain all of our needs are taken care of. All of the Board of Directors want to personally thank our community manager Julie Maranville for never failing to put the needs of our community at the forefront of her priorities! Julie truly is a one-man-gang to put it into perspective. We often take it for granted that our needs are the only ones Julie has to take care of. During this time of COVID-19 Julie has made time in her busy schedule to put together our boards agenda along with all of our financial records, and then deliver them to all the board members so we would have them for our monthly Zoom meeting. All of the board would like to thank Karen Martin for assisting our communities annual meeting. Then I personally want to thank Jules Deas for his invaluable insight into some of our community matters.
